Quality Control

The initial quality control process is completed in its entirety between the time of reservation and the time of ticketing. An integral part of the GTM FITT® System is COMPLEAT, a revolutionary automation platform that reviews all reservations and ensures that our clients receive the lowest available ticket price for each reservation. e-Res - View flight options and pricing. Promptly receive flight itinerary information for reservations initiated by e-mail, PDA or phone
Seat Management - Electronically scans for preferred seats on booked flights and books seats if available
Fare Assurance - Continually checks for new, lower fares and alerts a member of the Dedicated Team to the savings opportunity
Clearance - Continuously checks to clear travelers on wait-listed flights

Pre-trip Reports - permits your management to address areas of concern with travelers before they travel

Reissued Tickets - After ticketing, GTM technology continuously monitors for airfare changes. GTM reissues tickets when an airfare drops in price.

Unused Tickets - Recovering the value of unused or canceled travel is a key component of The FITT® System and results in the recovery of thousands of dollars for clients
