Partnering with GTM to Save Money

GTM partners with corporations to lower their overall travel costs: airfare, hotel reservations and car rentals. By putting the client first, we have built our business on win-win relationships.
Corporate travel cost reductions are achieved on a client-by-client basis by first completing an analysis of a company's travel costs, then by building customized programs based on:

  • Ticket Price
  • Transaction Fees
  • Time Spent Planning Travel

We work directly with our clients to develop a plan of action - Setting specific goals to identify travel trends and savings opportunities.

  • A Dedicated Team of Travel Consultants is assigned to each account
  • Consultants become familiar with your travelers, their preferences and your company policies
  • Consultants are paid incentives based on lower ticket prices and overall travel costs.
  • Supported by the latest technology
  • Client-customized online booking tools and management reports
  • Negotiations with airlines and hotels for client-specific rates

Our clients know that we use every means possible to find the lowest priced option. We guarantee to offer the lowest available published airfare that applies to your company's travel policy at the time of booking. If we fail to offer the lowest published available fare, we will pay a $100 penalty to your company. Prior to partnering with GTM, many clients have an average ticket price of over $600 and exclusive airline arrangements. We track each client's average ticket price compared to their average ticket prices procured prior to start-up with GTM. New clients typically experience an 8.5-20% reduction in their average ticket price the first year.

If your company is looking for a very aggressive travel management company, and wishes to obtain the lowest average ticket price, GTM is a logical fit. In 2006, GTM's combined domestic average ticket price has decreased to $377 due to our aggressive faring techniques. The industry average, according to an independent audit by Topaz International was $477.; This allows GTM's clients, on average, to reduce overall air volume expenditures anywhere from 15-47 percent without reducing the number of trips they take.
