Our Consultants are among the best in the corporate travel industry, have an average of ten or more years of experience in the corporate travel industry, are graduates of professional travel schools, and/or have completed an extensive internship and training program with GTM. Upon becoming a GTM Corporate Travel Consultant, your current travel agents will receive extensive training on GTM's tools and techniques to provide our clients with cost savings and premium client service. As we have grown, we have committed significant resources to recruiting and training employees on our FITT® System and service philosophy.

We Care - We Take Your Comments To Heart
GTM is committed to serving you in a responsive manner, maintaining a consistently high level of service. To measure customer satisfaction, we provide an annual client survey to solicit feedback directly from your travelers and/or travel planners. In addition to our annual report card, individual client situations are monitored to help identify any potential problem areas, so that we may take the necessary steps to correct any problems or deficiencies in our service levels.
