| United Airlines and
US Airways are implementing new benefits for members of
each airlines’ frequent flier programs. Beginning November
1, 2002, members
of United’s Mileage Plus Program and US Airways’ Dividend
Miles program can
earn miles in their respective programs and class-of-service bonuses
when
they fly on either airline.
United customers will
be able to accrue flight miles on published fares on
all US Airways, US Airways Express and US Airways Shuttle flights
worldwide.
US Airways customers will be able to accrue flight miles on valid
published
United and United Express flights worldwide. Customers in each loyalty
program will earn 100 percent of the miles flown, based on origin

flight
may only be credited into one frequent flier program.
Additionally, beginning

program will earn class-of-service bonus miles on United and US
Airways
flights. United Mileage Plus customers will earn a 25 percent mileage
bonus
when they fly on a paid US Airways Envoy Class ticket and a 50 percent
bonus
when they fly on a paid US Airways First Class ticket. US Airways
Dividend
Miles customers will earn a 50 percent mileage bonus when they fly
on a
valid and paid United Business or United First ticket.
