GTM is sensitive to the fact that our clients' funds pay for every airline ticket we issue. Because of this, we seek to obtain the lowest fare on every reservation. We view every airline fare increase as an opportunity to discover new and innovative methods of cost containment without compromising our high service standards to our clients. From scraping the Internet for "web-only" fares, to creative faring tips, to booking through various wholesalers/consolidators, GTM does more than any other travel company to reduce your travel spend.

When fees were introduced with the first of five airline commission cuts in 1995, GTM was one of the leaders in offering travel reservations via our website at a reduced rate. Now, with the complete elimination of airline paid commissions, resulting in higher fares paid by our clients, GTM is introducing yet another way to utilize GTM's service while lowering your fee. By completing the travel request form on-line or by submitting a GTM provided travel request MS Word document via e-mail, the service fee is reduced to $29.
